Thank you for shopping at kuberyantra.in. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Kuberyantra.in, you agree to the terms set forth as below.

PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :

Product is Damaged- during transit

Product is Defective – during the manufacturing process

Product is Not as described on the website

The order is delayed for over 15 days

Returns of items shipped from www.kuberyantra.in can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.

PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:

If you have crossed the 7-day return window.

If the product is damaged (Not in its original condition), or tags and packaging are missing.

And orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Please note, kuberyantra.in initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us . Therefore, the refund time may vary by the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse

It will take us a maximum of 5 – 14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
